What to consider in your new home:

Controlled Access Spring Street Lofts has controlled access throughout the building which requires a tenant to use the key fob provided to make their way throughout the building.  Whether gaining access to the building, the parking garage, the stairwell, or each individual floor, a person must have a valid key fob.  We have several security cameras in plain sight throughout the building and on the outside to make people aware that they are being watched.  Our property is adjacent to campus and is located along the routes that campus security patrols throughout the day.

 

Sound Abatement – Multi-family buildings are designed to accommodate lots of people which creates lots of unwanted noise.  Spring Street Lofts is not only a boutique building with just 48 loft apartments, but we have also addressed sound transfer in the building from all angles.  The original concrete flooring in the building is 7 inches thick, we then installed a sound mat on top of that, before pouring another 3 inches of polished concrete for the finished flooring.  This sound mat makes it so that the noise from above and below your unit does not transfer though impact into your loft apartment.  We have also designed a quiet wall system that was implemented on all shared walls within your unit – corridor and demising walls.  This all means that these units are some of the quietest living spaces you will find.  All of the walls within the unit go from floor to ceiling, so even if your roommate is watching television, you can close the door to your room and study or sleep peacefully.       

 

Parking – We know that not all students have cars in college, but some do and we have options.  We have  gated, secured, and heated spaces available in the building for an additional monthly fee of $100 per space.
