Application Form

Thank you for your interest in Spring Street Lofts! Please print and fill out the application completely. The purpose of this application is to verify the applicants' ability to pay rent. In many cases a co-signor will be required to fill out information if a potential tenant does not have sufficient income to qualify. After all parties have filled out the applications and signed, they need to be submitted with a $50 application fee per applicant, and copies of valid identification.

After receipt of an application, we will process and notify the applicant of the results within a few days. At this point the applicant can schedule an appointment to reserve the unit. No units will be reserved without t he application being accepted, lease filled out and signed, and a security deposit placed on the unit.
